regarding the glitch, there’s a reason that there’s typically two separate leaderboards. Glitchless and then obviously the kind of free for all speedrun

Thats why in speedruns there are two different categories for any percent runs of the game which is glitched any percent and glitchless any percent so the glitch speedruns do count they are just in their own category

Good thing there's multiple categories of speed running 😋 Someone's achievement doesn't have to be discredited because they used a glitch. They just wouldn't get the world record for the "glitchless" category 👍

If you didn’t know, before approaching a launcher or a tire, as soon as you hit the tire or launcher, if you jump over before hitting the tire or launcher you go twice the height. This works with the mushrooms in br too but it is really hard to do it with mushrooms.

Thats the whole point of %Any% speedruns, glitches are in the game whether its intentional or not. No glitches runs are a totally separate bracket of speedruns.
