After rewatching the show, I actually think Rick and Carl and maybe Hershel S. might be the special holders that can be revived in a sense if they are severally injured. Think about it Rick was shot but then he ends ip surving nearly 2 months unattended with his wound being non existant, Shane was even sure he wasnt breathing and then suddenly *GASP* he wakes up with a gasp. Now Carl gets shot but if you know in the show Herhsel thought he wouldnt survive and its kinda credible since his a veterinarian. Rick gives Carl his blood and ivtbink thats what made him survive since thats the inly other major time Carl gets severly injured (rip eye). Rivk also gets heavily injured by the govermer and i tbink he for real died and came back. Herhel lost his leg he wasnt brwathing then he suddnenly wakes up, its a pattern. Rick also survibes being stabbed and morgan is included in that bunch since he should be dead but his not cause his immune but not to bites remember that

I really wish they made it so Morgan was actually completely immune to the walkers and not just so close to death that they ignored him. Like if they gave him a sort of hybrid state of being a walker. Where he can actually survive through cannibalism and has a hunger for flesh however has his full higher brain function meaning he's in complete control and the virus isn't. Basically as if he took the vaccine in World War Z.

He was shot in the intestines. The blood vessels have basically bursted in his eyes. That's why they're ignoring him until he speaks he's between life and death.
