Try northeast courses, those are real XC courses. Hills, trails and running through streams

My PR for 8K is a 23:47.83 and finished 14th at a race in California in XC.

@@aidencobo3606 My PR high school was a 4:28.20 and collegiate time was a 4:17.40 at altitude and rarely ran this race since I was a distance runner Aiden. My 5K was a 14:01.84 and my 10K was a 29:33.60 in College on the track. Made NCAA All-American two times.

@@jtdilauro I did as I raced for New Balance, Etonic, and Kangaroos National running Teams as a World Class athlete for four years post college.Did the Boston Marathon @ 2:18:16 and finished 66th in the world at my first Marathon @ Boston. Did three of these races and the following year took 67th in the world.

Ah yes, American x-country. No mud, no streams, no trees, even the grass is cut smooth... Like a gentle undulating track run. Well done lads. Fancy sterilizing anything else?

This is so AWESOME!😃 XC is so brutal!😥 You can slow down or quit but then, you have to live with shame of knowing you could have run a better race!😣⛰🏃🏽♂️
