The Denver Mint did not run any silver dollars until 1921 (Morgan and Peace Dollars). It was not in operation at the end of 1904 when the government ended the minting of the silver dollar. The new Denver mint began coin production in 1906. It stamped out the $10 and $20 dollar gold coins (eagle and double-eagle) along with other coins. The 1904 coin was minted in San Francisco, New Orleans and Philadelphia.
