Janae - Season captivating from start to finish 3). Amber - She never has to get the recognition. Her impact is all through that count book. 4). KeKe- Still MCC Queen! 5). Brianni 6). Victoria 7). Brianna - 2020 had us all locked in. She did what needed to to be done. 8). Tey - her full szn would have had her in top 4 for sure 9). Ashley- Stingette blueprint for swag and demeanor 10). Yaz - We already know about ‘18 🙃 Honorable mention - Jada McClain because she should have got her season 🤷🏾‍♂️

One thing about Brianni, her form and execution, was always on point. Very clean, but still sensual. Just like her momma. 🎉 💐

Definitely respect your opinion. But Asia Martin will forever be the blueprint, majority of all the girls on this list that came after Asia’s years have STUDIED her more than most others The only person that can possibly be considered over Asia is Janae simply because she successfully took what Asia did and elevated it, same way Asia took from Victoria and elevated it, successfully. The new girls have an advantage because the countbook is much larger and versatile, more count options to choose from. But the older girls did more with less - this was before the time when they debuted 30 counts in a season. The girls use to entertain with what they had and gave authentic moments Sting Stan lol. All these girls are very talented and were great captains nonetheless ❤️

Janae Janae Janae the reason I started to watch appreciate treasure and respect the unbelievable talents of all these beautiful "Black Dancing Queens" across the HBCU. But there was always something about Janae her technique & execution (thnk u Traci) her sensuality from head to toe she's mesmerizing, IMO the best ever.

I said it once and I’ll say it again, Asia will ALWAYS be at the top of everyone’s list. What she did was magical and the Stingette brand has been trying to reach that status since she left. Some have come close, but I fear they won’t get it right until Asia is coordinator herself!

Asia is the standard, not only for Stingettes--arguably, she's the most noteworthy HBCU dancer. Even amongst her legendary contemporaries--Dominique Martin and Kayla Pittman--she's exceptional and incomparable. Asia didn't just transform the Stingettes. She influenced the culture in its entirety. She had collegiate and high school squads using her approach to elevate and transform their teams. We can see her influence everywhere. Tey is STINGETTE! My favorite Stingette captain. She proved that she didn't have to be in the front for you to know she was the captain. I loved how gracefully she handled that, at least to the audience.

Janae really deserves #1! I love Amber and Asia down. Janae was a whole movie…a classic that I still watch with my nieces still til this day! She brought a new fan base to HBCU dance (not just to the stings). I’ve never heard anyone say or question the Stingettes of all people on technique 😂? Check Lisa Porters record hunny and Bridgette was coordinator before her she has never let up on an intro or technique. This last squad, maybe but only because of the captains ability.
