Specifically what I love about his voice is, he has a sort of gravelly raspiness when he hits higher notes then he blends into a smooth vibrato that contrasts perfectly! Very effective!!

You have no idea how much I love this version over Aldean's. Don't get me wrong, i've loved Aldean since Amarillo Sky, but his version is so layered with production and reverb that it sounds like every song FGL or Luke Bryan puts out. This version, Morgan has nothing on the song but his vocals and an acoustic. So much more real and rough, it's amazing.

@@blakelawson5613well, he didn’t write it alone. He shares songwriting credits with 3 other people but it’s obvious he has a ton of passion for the song in the way he sings it here. It’s a cleverly written track and it suits his voice. I like the stripped down under produced version here because it feels so honest
