Even though he has no chance with Ann I like how scincere and loyal his love is. In think after Okumura it starts to dawn on him that he has no chance eventhough he does not throw in the towel yet but he still wants to make Ann happy. I have never romanced Ann becuse she just fells more like a pal to me but I seen Morganas reaction to it on KZfaq and dam he takes it well. He is really sweet. I kinda dislike his fragile ego. He is (fore the most part) as good as he claims to be which makes its super annoying when he doubts himself and thinks he is useless. Also I dont find Morgana telling Joker to go to bed annoying at all. Despite his downsides I love this character. Straight up my favorit video game character.
