@@Miguel_Noether If he’s roaming and walks over a ward there’s no point in destroying the ward at that moment unless the roam play falls through. Other times he might anticipate the enemy laner or jungler collapsing and/or protecting the ward, so he’ll not threaten himself by avoiding it for that moment. Not sure about other times, though, as this is just off the top of my head.

It wastes time for your play / has lower priority: If you are planning a gank, want to take a objective or help a teammate, clearing the ward will most likely fuck up your play. It is more important to make a play than deny some vision and get a bit of gold in a lot of cases. Ping the ward, and continue. If you let yourself be distracted, the enemy has achieved their goal with placing the ward and got their moneys worth buying it. 2. Clearing the ward makes you vulnerable. Sometimes it isn't worth the risk clearing a ward. Not clearing it can even give you an upper hand, since you know what the enemy knows, and they might not know that you know. You could deliberately sit on a word to bait your opponents.

As easy as it is to see it in hindsight, it was also obvious in the moment that he was overextending. He misses Q, misses ult, then walks into a 1v5. Not really any hindsight excuse there, it was a bad play. It's fine though, he probably knows he messed up

Yeah I'm curious about that too. My best guess is that Ludens has more burst with the magic pen mythic and the bonus damage on ability hit. I prefer Liandry's for the ability haste to throw out more Q comboes and further dot though. Another thing is that would ultimate hunter be a better choice than relentless hunter? Considering that in the earlygame pekin mentioned being useless without ult.

My guess is Pekin just likes Ludens that much more than Liandry because of the magic pen, since he builds it on almost every mage

Ludens' Mpen is better vs squishy targets/champs that dont build MR. The passive proc also refreshes very quickly which gives more burst on morg. Liandries is good for high hp targets, which they only had one of.

It's like playing chess, or other games with a finite amount of reasonable options. How someone paths or dodges is a surprisingly narrow band of options. Someone usually dodges either straight back (when they're at the edge of range), or laterally to the left or right. Something that will make anyone reading way better at "hard reads" for hooks: Aim in the direction that's angled away from safety. People usually dodge away from their intended overall path. Similar for pathing. Swain was pathing from topside to botside, and stopped temporarily in a bush for a potential catch, but was spotted. He could either stay in the bush (unlikely with everybody leaving), path topside(unlikely since his team just stopped pushing topside and he's been pathing toward botside), path right for a more direct route botside, or take a circuitous safer route to mid by going down. He took the fast route, likely intending to E Morgana in a similar manner since he saw the Morgana pathing. From there it's a matter of timing - how quickly did he stop sitting in the bush, and start walking right?

If they don't push then just slow down your own push and create a big wave. Then when that big wave crashes if it is big enough under tower it will survive until the next enemy wave arrives and it'll slow push back to you
