I'm happy that Spelldon is finally being shown cannonically in the comics and that we will be able to see how his relation with Valentine is (Also, can we all agree that his official design screams bisexual icon? HE’S PERFECT!!! ❤ Sad thing is even with MH finally being allowed to let their queer characters shine through, they’d never release more than one manster doll at a time these days. (Surprised even back in G1 they got away with Gil and Deuce given the uncomfortable amount of folks who genuinely seem to think dolls have actual physical sexes. 😅)

A little disappointed he has an orange streak instead of the red-pink streak he has on the comic, but still it's just nice to see him

The person who did the official design is on tumblr (pianta) and some drawings of him have a brighter orange streak instead of the red-pink artwork on the cover.

@@amcleartayba That was his original concept design, yes, but in both the designer's art of him for pride month and inside the actual comic, the streak is red-pink, so I'm pretty sure that's what his final design is meant to look like. I even sent an ask to them where I mentioned the streak being red and not orange and they didn't object to that in their reply in any way, too.

@@CharaViolet huh interesting. I wonder what color it will be in any subsequent appearances. I assumed that it was also that redish-pink color due to the color pallet of the comic (Valentine’s hair isn’t her black it usually is other). It’s interesting which ever the case.
