MJ Cole is one the UKs greatest at what he does. He’s in the same class as Soul II Soul for me. Crazy Love and every track on the “Sincere” album were a huge influence. Still hugely passionate about UKG and don’t think I’d still be DJing without the foundations it gave. This video is SICK!

I used to like it when I first heard it. But.... This version actually totally sucks for uk garage. This Isn't even close!!! particular the guitarist and the drummer. I know a drummer in the Netherlands who can play far better real UK garage drum beats. He uses extra short sticks and extra short bassdrum pedal to get the job done.

Wtih respect, I get what you mean, I don't think they were aiming for an authentic garage beat or tone with this performance. It's meant to be more chilled and easy listening as a live event. On another note, you'd love The Jungle Drummer if you've not heard of him- check him out.
