Just come across your channel and got interested about how you prepare that veg...watching here in the Philippines and we call that marunggay in our dialect That's our favorite one of cooking is dinengdeng or inabraw and can also be a pinakbet...fish sauce or bagoong is our main ingredient to taste... 😋😋😋

Moringa is so good for the body. The pods and leaves are delicious. We cook the pods with potatoes and eggplant 🍆 and also add it to dal. So wonderful to have fresh ones, straight from the farm. I love moringa leaves cooked with fresh coconut. Take care ❤️❤️❤️

My number one favorites vegetable leaves moringa/ drumstick leaves. I have a plant here . We call that the King of the Vegetables. I used to add the leaves in green monggo/ green beans, fish soup, and chicken soup.Your menus it looks yummy & very nutritious! 😋❤️
