What you said at the last part of the video is constructive. It's true that Morisette is VERY TALENTED and I love her authenticity but we want to see her grow more, something that will surprise everyone. We all know she can pull off everything cause she's very talented. I wish she could come up with something new with her music and style. I still love her tho. She's AWESOMEEEEE!!! 💖😍🎶✨

Morissette from the get go already has that diamond in the rough inborn talent that she has unfortunately in those days of competition she was still being shaped into the pure diamond that she is. She not just improved but she basically soar to the sky as time goes by. And now we can all witness the greatness that she becomes, after all a star is not born in just one night.

We'll mori can slay that song easily 😊😊🥰🥰🥰 but if you really know her, you can identify immediately that her voice is tired. Heard that graggy sound every time she will sustain her belt? That's a symbol that she's tired. To me that song was more of a late night relaxer, it was not mean to be an explosion of flavors, but cooler on the beach performance for a smaller crowd. The fact that it was late at night makes a lot of sense to me. But I do agree about the ballad part. It's not just her though I think a lot of Filipino singer struggle with an identity crisis. They get their inspiration and sound too much like already establish Western singers. Morissette is still very young and has all the tools so I am not worry for her.

Hi Ovela! I watched Morissette’s concert her in Cebu and i met few foreigners while queuing outside the concert hall telling me that because of the reaction videos they knew her. They were curious how good she is and so watched her concert. So, partly it’s true that because of reaction videos from different KZfaq channels Morissette’s career took off. I hope you too could one day watch her perform live. 🙏 🙏❤️

For me she sing it perfectly in a Morissette rendition. I dont want her to compare to any other artist or whatsoever coz she gave always her best in every performance but i think people had that big expectations from her which sometimes not healthy.

I agree with you, regine's voice is still the voice to beat. Her belting style is far far far more better than the belters nowadays.. They may reach all the highnotes of regine songs but they cannot surpass the style and emotions of regine..

In 1996, this song "Shine" won second place in the Metro Manila Popular Music Festival performed by Ima Castro. In 2005 the song again became a hit in the Philippines as sung by Regine Velasquez. Now, for sure, this is going to be more explosively trending because morisette covered it.

The volume of her voice is pretty much the same when she moves back because when she belts it's probably louder and she's aware of that, the reason why she does that. And I'm not surprised because she has a resonant voice as well so you'll be able to it whether or not her mouth is close to the microphone or not. That's called resonance :)
