I always feel so much pressure from society eg. what people will think about me or I have to live up to a high standard and do the right things if not they will think I’m a bad person . Also I have very bad social anxiety. I really need help. I’ve been to so many councillors but nothing helps. Is there a special prayer that will help me not worry about what people think of me and help me overcome my social anxiety? I just want to be immersed in God and forget about all the negative things and negative people in the world. After so many positive outputs and replies I’m getting from all of you ..I needed to thank each and everyone of you for your kind words and help. Thank you so much everyone. You all are amazing human beings. May all of you be blessed with good health, lots of happiness and long life. This blessing is from my heart to everyone.
