If it's cooked properly, then waffle. If a place can do sweet potato waffle fries not burnt, then it's king.

Waffle fries seem risky. If they're not cooked until they're crispy they end up kind of mooshy and gross. Thin cut crispy ones are my favorite.

It doesn't really matter, potatoes in general are a top tier food. I love'em all
