I did this this morning. I didn’t think too much about it. I participated as best I could. I went about my day. The exact amount I intended - CAME with great ease and grace. I’ve noticed that this meditation has help me focus more through the day. Slowly I’m seeing things come together in my life. I added a line after I am free from any limits I believe. I added I am free from any programming I was taught. As the youngest if six I was always told I was spoiled, stupid, lazy. I was not spoiled. I just wasn't stupid and didn't get into trouble. I wasn't lazy or stupid. As a 1965 gen x I now understand that I have ADHD. We didn't know about that in my school years.

My situation has changed drastically, whatever I wanted to achieve and manifested I could do that in 1 year. I still do this 15 min meditation every morning, I didn’t for sometime but whenever I do I have wonderful days.

I think this is your best video because, I can do the meditation while doing my morning chores/getting ready for work. Otherwise it is impossible to spare 1 plus hour or less for meditations lying down or sitting. I have set aside some time for self before going to bed for my other practice. It is not possible to squeeze in any more extra time after chores and office. More similar videos are welcome.

This is my 3rd day listening to this..its just perfect as all manifestations lines are very uplifting, and exactly what I like to happen too. Connecting to it, giving me the right attitude and feeling to start my day.. The most amazing thing happened while I was listening to this. Like was I hallucinating? Crazy. Started listening…not really listening, just walking around w earbuds, stopped at the window and was repeating affirmations watching a squirrel… When out of nowhere!
