こんばんは🌛 いつも動画を観てくださってありがとうございます！先日、健康診断に行って体重が5キロも増えていることがわかりました😂 在宅で仕事をするようになって、明らかに健康に悪い生活をしているので…最近、食生活や生活習慣を見直しています。そんな休日の一部とら、秋の衣替えの様子を撮影しました。何か少しでも参考になると嬉しいです😀 Hi😊Thanks for watching my video！ I went for a helth check-up the other day...i found out that I gained 5 kills😂 I started working from home, i cleary livinan unhealthy life... recently I've been reevaluating my diet and lifestyle😀 Thankr for watching till the end, and i hope everyone is staying safe😀see you in the next one!!

私もかなり下腹部が出てきて、やばいなーと思って早数ヶ月…笑行動に移せていないので、こうやってちゃんと行動に移し、美と健康に気を遣っているのが同じ女性として尊敬します✨ お洋服もいつもかわいいので、色々紹介してほしいです🥰

私も健康診断で体重も増えてるし健康面も引っかかって…約1か月くらいになりますが朝のウォーキングなど続いています^ ^来年には引っかかってませんようにと祈りながら…お互い健康に生きましょう😭😭💕

動画投稿ありがとうございます😊 私も体重増加してショックで、過ごし方を変えつつ過ごしてます。この時期は美味しい物が多くて誘惑が多いので、ストレッチやら身体動かして増加しないよう気を付けないとですね😭 ハンガー良さそうです✨ ニットやらセーターの仕舞い方悩んでたので参考にさせて頂きますね！私も肌には気を遣うようにしたいと思いました😂

It was very pleasant to watch it and I have spent a lovely time with you through the video 😄 I am happy to see you taking care of yourself and it's a good reminder for myself first, now that the weather changes and that we might get sick more easily from the cold (and corona!). Thanks for watching my video! You're right, I'm worried about my corona as it gets colder 🥲 The book you asked about is called "One Minute in the Morning, 30 Habits" and it's about how to spend meaningful time in the morning and the importance of morning time! I found it helpful, and I think I'm going to start putting it into practice right away too! and the Orange Blood Tea, a mixture of black tea, orange juice, and oranges, so refreshing and delicious! PS Thanks so much for sharing your avocado toast🥑🍞 recipe!

@chicolog Cases of corona start to increase in the UK (and especially in my town) so improving health is so important ! I'm sure your extra 5 kilos will vanish as you continue to balance your diet and lifestyle 😊 That book looks so interesting! I hope it doesn't say "stop answering to Chico-chan's comment in the morning" 🙈😆 I'd be delighted to hear more about the good you took out of it and implemented in your life. I need that kind of advice myself 😭 That tea seems to taste so good! Oranges will soon be in season and I will definitely try to do a drink as you described. You are so welcome, I'm happy you liked the recipe! I have some other recipes like this one, I'd would be delighted to share if you wish 😄

I need some of those hangers for my knitwear. I usually fold it or drape it over a regular hanger. I can't switch to warmer clothes yet because it's still 90F where I am.

メイクボックスは、私は使いやすいと思っています😀化粧品のサイズによっては上手く収まらないものもあるのですが、鏡が使いやすいのと、置いておくだけでも可愛いので気に入っています！中身もご紹介できたら撮影します😊ありがとうございます✨

こんばんは！自転車良かったです😊白のボーダーTシャツは、3年くらい前にNOBLEというお店で買いました☺︎仕事は、長く同じ業界で働いていましたが、数年前に転職しました！ダブルワークはやったことがないのですが、これからは１つの仕事だけでは不安なので、何かやってみたいとは思っています😀

チコさんの毎日動画いつも観てます😊 チコさんのファンになりました。体重ってすぐ増えますよね😅私もそうです😅温かい時に歩くのが好きです。寒い時は、生姜湯やカフェインゼロの紅茶とルイボスティー飲みます。あと私も出かける時は、消毒ジェルとハンドクリームとリップは持ち歩きます
