Funniest part in this fight for me was Moro taking the energy or souls of some random family hiding from Tirek. Love that kind of dark humor in villain vs villain fights.

Makes sense. They both start off as an elder, drain life forms and absorb energy to become younger and stronger, their designs take inspiration from The Devil, and both are defeated. Also both series of the show have become iconic.

This is pretty interesting, though there are just 2 things about Tirek that should be brought up. Number 1, even if you did let him have the Discord boost he had in Season 4, he can’t use Discord’s magic, as he himself said no one could when the Legion talked about the fact they had Discord’s power in the Bell. Next up, is that while this wouldn’t be a factor against Moro here, Tirek likely can have his energy absorption resisted or there is a limit to what he can personally take, as when you look at Discord, he doesn’t show the signs of someone that was drained by Tirek like everyone else, and in the last Season, called himself a safety net for Mane 6 for a while, which could have included Tirek’s initial attempt at taking over. Just some corrections, but not something that would change the outcome besides giving Morro just a little bit more of a fighting chance.

As fun as this episode was, Tirek very explicitly doesn’t use the abilities of his victims. Not only does Twilight outright say this is the case with her magic, but Tirek says the same about Discord’s. He uses their STRENGTH, yes, but he never uses their abilities. And this doesn’t contradict what happened with Cozy Glow. She was very specifically trying to use Discord’s magic for its abilities. That’s why she couldn’t control it. Tirek just used it to strengthen himself. As for Panacea, there’s just… really nothing to support that it has the same or even better regenerative properties compared to Moro. It can cure status effects and raise the fainted, sure, but healable wounds in MLP aren’t exactly close to obliterated body parts

So I found this channel completely out of the blue... and I'm already liking it. Also no clue if this is something I should be commenting or not, but I would like to have a voice acting role as a combatant if you wouldn't mind

However, the speed gap is pretty damning; and the Bell is a very effective wincon so even if stats were close to equal Tirek wins because of it. Only real nitpick at that point is Tirek admitting he can't use Discord's magic to its full potential making the immeasurable stuff from Discord dubious scaling. But Discord isn't the only one who can time travel so.....

Okay one quick thing in season 9 of MLP FIM he tells Cozy that it's too dangerous and unpredictable to use Discords magic. Hell even Queen Chrysalis was laying back knowing Cozy with Discords power was dangerous but ineffective. Then when she takes in his magic she looks big and dangerous but ends up doing party tricks not doing real damage. Pinkie on the other hoof was more dangerous with his magic probably because of her unique abilities and 4th wall breaking abilities.

I always heard Moro's voice as Tirek's since he was introduced.. I do think Moro would be able to speed blitz though, he's far faster than Tirek in base as he took hits from Vegeta.

Don't buy the infinite multilverse thing for MLP. That statement of mutiple worlds could be interpreted as multiple universes. Infinite universes is still around multiversal of power and the Pony of Shadows and his "destruction of all worlds" mirrors this. Tirek tops at Multiversal plus at best.

Law student here: You really need to make some serious changes if you don’t want to get sued for copyright infringement. Death Battle, owned by Roosterteeth is copyright protected, as are their characters Wiz and Boomstick. Hell you even used their transitions with their branding on it. They are in financial straits right now, and you would be an easy win for them in court. In order to avoid being sued I highly recommend 1: create your own unique hosts. For example Sci and ‘Chinegun 2: create your own transitions with your own branding. 3: change parts of the presentation to prevent being too close to their style. Not being a dick, it’s ok if you want to do battles like this, but it can’t be the same as Death Battle.

Not gonna lie? Not a fan of Death Battles that rely on Scaling instead of feats. That’s basically what happened here; Tirek scales to Discord, therefore he can fight Moro, despite the fact that literally NONE of his feats come even CLOSE to either one.
