Hello everyone .. Today I suggest the Moroccan Couscous recipe with vegetables, among the traditional classic dishes of Moroccan Cuisine. A good, essential Friday dish! Easy and simple preparation, you just need good vegetables and a good couscous with wheat semolina. I used whole, healthy and high-fiber semolina, you can also prepare it with barley semolina or a mixture of both.
Ingredients
Chicken or Meat
1Onion & Green Pepper
2 Carrots & Turnips & Zucchini & Tomatoes
200g Pumpkin
Coriander & Parsley
Hot pepper
Cooking oil
Salt / Pepper / Ginger / Turmeric
2.5 liters of hot water
For the COUSCOUS
500g Medium whole wheat semolina
800ml of water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp argan or olive oil or Ghee
