If Toast is imposter, he's quick to push the blame onto anyone else, getting it off himself. If he's crewmate, usually he only goes for the same 1 or 2 people, all the time, having gathered evidence that they're imposter. Toast = Imposter, blame the easiest target, usually changing his mind a lot, or at least a bit more than normal. Toast = Crew, go after the same person the whole time (or most of it), not really changing his mind much. The trick to being a good liar isn't making your lies believable. It's changing the way you tell the truth, so when you do lie, it sounds like you're telling the truth. It's harder to hide that you're lying for most people, but by doing this, you don't have to hide that you're lying, since your truths sound like lies, and everyone will get used to it being that way, so when you _do_ lie, it'll sound like the truth, even if you're terrible at lying. (I hope that makes sense, it probably doesn't though) For example, it's hard to make your imposter strategy match your crewmate one, but if you change your crewmate strat to be more similar to your imposter one, it's much easier. I figured this out a year or two ago. Still need to change up my crewmate strat to match my imposter one though. Oof Toast is very good at this though, so not many people can tell, but he does have a few tells, even if they're not very noticeable. Same with Sykkuno, he doesn't usually full out lie, he avoids it as much as possible, like dodging the question. I don't really watch any of the others except Corpse, so I don't know their tells, but ehhh.
