@Tyler Scott: Shame on ye of little faith, you should've stayed! 🤣 Some interesting tidbits since you're obviously a Morrisey fan: I saw The Smiths at a college gymnasium in the UK in March '84, two weeks after their debut was released; Morrisey was already being deluged with bouquets of flowers from both male & female fans. Then I saw them again that June in London at a free street festival held to promote jobs & employment; this show also featured Billy Bragg, Aswad, and others. Both shows felt "historic" in the moment because Morrisey was already an icon and The Smiths an institution. You can read about the festival gig at the Wiki link below; the reference to promoter Tony Hollingsworth's remark that some of the crowd of 50,000 (!) were "climbing up the walls" is literal; several human "spiderman" daredevils were actually free-scaling old multi-story buildings, without safety nets or harnesses, as onlookers including me cheered and gasped! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jobs_for_a_Change
