i personaly think all three versions suit the lyrics this one is kind of creepy the afi one is less dissonant and "prettier" the mcr one is more agressive all fitting themes of the song

Screaming Lord Sutch wrote and released it in 1963, he founded the political party in the UK known as "The Monster raving loonies". It is a popular cover and many appeal to many types of people.
