The aria at the beginning is Klaus Nomi singing "Wayward Sisters" from Act II of Henry Purcell's 1688 opera Dido and Aeneas. That recording can be found on Nomi's second (and, sadly, last) album, Simple Man.

only problem with this is that it isn't long enough. Morrissey is certainly in good voice here. What is that thing he has? Not just charisma.Thanks.

@Subzero28815 жыл бұрын
well, not really BASED on their history. The singer is just using Ronnie Kray as the focus of his obsession and admits to perpetrating acts of violence in order to try and impress Kray.

i ofte feel bad for the fans who came to hear their favorite song only to have Moz growl through the song and change lyrics. but alas we keep coming back.

Phil Didier I love it when he does that. The vocals on this concert are perfect. The half-spoken "have I failed?" gets me every time.

I love this song but the guitars aren't good. On Moz first solo gig the guitar sounds is a lot better.
