my grandfather died 3 years ago today, he had dementia. he did great things in life, was wise and kind and helped loads of people. i was too little to ever remember him without dementia, and i never got to converse with him properly. these lyrics spoke to me in this day of sadness, thank you morrissey. i hope to hear this song, this poem, in the new album in february.

It's a take as old as live performances. Morons yelling nonsense while a legitimate artist completes to be heard in a sea of his worshippers who bow to a man they refuse to shut up and listen to.

Finally he’s back on track. Really digging all the new songs way more then any of the recent Chicarelli produced efforts. I listen to morrrissey for his depressing songs not his political songs. It seemed like he was just discovering the new world order conspiracy 15 years later then most on the last couple of records. I much enjoy his more somber lyrics.

i'm sorry, but i don't understand why morrissey is still dependent on labels. nowadays, you can release an lp online if you want to. morrissey's financial possibilities should also allow releases as lp or cd. independence is essential for an artist who has something to say. i have all of morrrissey's cd's, but i would also be ok with an online release. if that would guarantee freedom of expression.
