I know we all disliked this game when it came out, but I am so happy with the way mk1 is going. Gameplay is way better in my opinion now, skins are dope as and as well the Kameo after spending some time with it is an amazing fun addition. Hopefully this game can build up the traction because I don’t want it to die!

“He’s only half the character” Triborg had four variations so at best he’s only a fourth the character. Also cyber Sub Zero skin would be cool too.

I think Phil Lamar switched to Geras from Kotal in MK1 so I could definitely see a new voice actor for Kotal If you don't recognise them grunts 😊

If those audio logs aren’t Kotul Kahn then they have to be the rumoured Conan The Barbarian guest character. If Kotul Kahn does return he needs to be treated with respect because he has big potential that was wasted and thrown away in MKX and MK11

I loved Kotal Kahn. He was a fun character. It was kind of dumb that they killed him off in MK 11. Now we are in a new era and it would be an error not to have Kotal Kahn.

Question: I love MK, but didn’t love MK1. I put it down a while ago, but have been thinking about picking it back up. Can you change skins in character select yet like every other modern MK, or do you still have to go into a separate mode?

We need Kabal as a main character. In this new universe, he could either be born with his powers or gain them during the aftermath story. A good kameo would be Nightwolf he's a good fit for a kameo or even as a main character. we also need Riptor from Killer Instint lol

I doubt it’s Kotals voice actor from MKX/MK11 since he’s voice Geras in MK1 so it’s possible to be Conan the Barbarian. Or they just got a new voice actor to play Kotal.

you could argue those voice lines are unused geras ones (even if they have a more odd sound to them) given Phil Lamarr did voice geras this time and did voice kotal in 10 and 11. its really hard to say for now though

I honestly think that the voice lines are possibly for sektor, maybe I'm insane, but it sounds like there's maybe a little bit of a Chinese accent with some of those grunts? They kind of sound like some of the stuff that Sub-Zero mutters when he uses his ice spells.

On the topic of grinding I am BEGGING for them to fix the amount of xp you get from fights. It is so low compared to when the game launched. If they think that was too much, fine, but if that was too much, we’re getting way too little.

Now I think of it, the Kameo Fighters Cyrax and Sektor are probably, but may actually be them (although we got info that Cyrax is a woman). Because in Sub-zero's ending, the suit that Sektor is working on. Looks like the base skeleton of their Cyborg counterparts.

Honestly I wanted cyber smoke as a Kameo character. I think it could be fun to a kameo character that is about bring the opponent in. With stuff like his chest spear, and throwing smoke at the opponent. Also I think it would be cool if all three of the original cyber ninjas in the game.

I belive the voice will end up being someone like Bo Ri Cho or Sunjinko as a playable character in KP3

Agreed! Kotal was a fun character. The grapple combos, his sick bladed Aztec sword that saws people, his animal fatality, the giant totem fatality! Awesome character that gets random hate for no reason besides some writer decisions.

6:28 I did all the grinding in S2, and was able to max out all characters up until that point. I don’t see how players can max out everyone now, because the XP given is so low (this past weekend not included). 🙄

of the NRS games, Kronika is my favorite boss so far because she felt like an actual boss. Shao Kahn did in the first one, and then outside Kronika, we don't have actual bosses. Just slightly stronger versions of existing roster characters.
