Damn, I genuinely didn’t expect terminator to have such a noble ending, I figure his mission to kill all humans would overthrow any other answer he could go with but I guess his mission calls more for keeping technology alive so he made a choice for neither to die. That’s actually pretty cool ngl

Jade's ending is surprisingly good. She initially only thinks of those she is loyal to - Kitana and Kotal - but upon following the honest advice of her lover, she finds that she can do so much more than return to the status quo. She even goes after the heart of the issue, slaying Cetrion and Shinnok, enabling true peace at last.

I loved Johnny cages timeline. Keeping the timeline exactly how it was.

Gotta admit, THE best ending is Erron's. Time *SHOULD NOT* be tampered with. No matter what your reasons are. No matter what intentions you have, time is too uncertain and unpredictable to control.

Erron blacks ending is my favorite. He throws the hourglass into the ocean of blood and vows to never let this time stuff interfere with anyone’s life ever again. All because he doesn’t want to change and wants to continue living in the moment. Cool as hell ending for a cool as hell character.

Aw sub-zero just wanted his brother back. and in the end they became closer aw.

Thanks to the MK1 Reboot, every single one of the endings are canon which means, Lui Kang really need to pick the correct Keepers of Time.

I wish Mileena changed history so that Kitana was evil too. Make them all one big happy evil family.

Honestly some of the villain endings aren’t even that bad. Kabal just ends up living a simple family man life, Kano ultimately decides to keep doing what he’s doing, Mileena simply wanted to get rid of Kitana, hell even D’Vorah’s ending makes sense when you think about it because everything she said was true. Was her reality better? No, but there was truth in what she said.

Rambo's ending almost makes me tear up, the idea of John finally just getting to have a home to return to and enjoy a simple life is such a kind way to end his story, even if it is a non canonical what-if in a crossover.

I think my favorite ending, and most logical to me has to be Erron's. He doesn't play god, he doesn't bend time to benefit himself or make a better timeline for all. He instead keeps it as is, and makes sure no one has power to control time.

Someone really hated Kitana because she gets killed or captured in too many endings, they really humiliated the princess

I like how despite being portrayed as criminals, members of Black Dragon, Kano, Kabal, Erron Black... They all know better than the most of the cast it won't be worth their lives to use the Hourglass to achieve their selfish goals. Kano : He understands he won't enjoy his gains if he uses the Hourglass. Kabal : He knows he is just not cut out to be the Lord of Time, so he just hands it to Kronika and requests he has a happy life. Erron Black : He doesn't even bother being the Lord of Time, so he just makes the most logical decision and throws the Hourglass in the endless Sea of Blood.

So, now all of these are canon.

Gotta say, I love Rambo’s, Kotal Kahn’s and Erron Black’s ending the most.

Really disappointing to have Scorpion regress. In MKX he had FINALLY gone beyond his “GRRR REVENGE!!!” persona. But we have hin killed off only to be replaced with past Scorpion who’s still all “GRRRR REVENGE!!” New timelines may change a few things. I know his path to vengeance is a big part of the character. Just would like more nuance, much like what they did in MKX comics and game.
