Based on her ending (and story In both timelines), I'm certain that, if Kitana accepted her as family and tried, Mileena could actually be reformed. In both timelines, Mileena was rejected for basically just being born In a process she had no agency whatsoever. If Baraka can become an ally thanks to respect and some dissuading, so can Mileena. And yeah, her Tarkatan blood and possibly Shang Tsung's genetic meddling Is what makes her evil, but nurture Is stronger than nature. TL;DR: If Kitana wasn't a unsympathetic cunt, Mileena could've be a redeemed anti heroine.

Her being evil is what make her iconic in mk, turning her good will be beyond unnerving and unnecessery. I don't want to see sindel 2.0 or any shitty retcon, just keep some original timeline material in the new one. Stop with the changes.
