Tbh there are some ok ones in here such as both of Scorpion's, Joker's gun fatality, Deathstroke's fatalities and the classic ones brought back aren't awful despite being toned down (Jax's head clap, Sonya's kiss of death and Kitana's kiss of death) but as a whole the fatalities are pretty bad

I remember when this game came out, it was awesome seeing the DC heroes and villains represented here, especially Lex Luthor. But it REALLY presented some thematic dissonance that hindered both properties from shining.

Maybe it's because I haven't played many of the other games, but I do think they did... Ok with the fatalities here given the limitations imposed by DC, there's a few klassics like scorpion's toasty and the arcade machine drop, and some of the new fatalities and even a few heroic brutalities like Flash's, green latern's and Batman's bats are pretty cool
