Back in the 70's - 80's, there was a Filipino action star named FPJ (Fernando Poe Jr). In all of his cliché and formulaic movies, the primary protagonist (himself) always, ALWAYS gets beaten an inch from death, then somehow miraculously comes back and whoops everybody's butt through sheer willpower. This video reminds me of the FPJ trope.

Until you face tri borg. He destroy anyone who can't air tellaport. Tekeda, mileena, triborg he has a hard time with. He can destroy most of the roster with teleport and they can't block it if you time it right.
