It's the gamemode it's called "chonccs treasure"

That's part of the Choncc's Treasure mode, it starts everyone with either a 4 cost or a 5 cost (same for all players).

On the 5 exalted note, I've loved it. First set where I've actually played ranked so I'm only silver 1, but I'm 11W/8L forcing 5 exalted with various comps (Xayah/dragonlord, Ashe/porcelain, Lillia/mythic, Syndra/fated). It's mostly playing fast 9 and playing 5 exalted, 4/5 of said trait, and any tanks that match up with the exalted units (warden, behemoth, bruiser). And here's my "Chibi Nautilus when?"

The 34% damage increase means I melt just about any frontline, so having a lower power frontline for myself isn't as big of an issue.
