@@TheTabernacleMan Exodus 40 for starters ..we see Moses build the tabernacle on New moon day ..and later on in the chapter he puts out the show bread ..hope this helps...👋

New moon may have also been the beginning of the sabbath in Exodus 40. Thereafter showbread replaced every sabbath regardless of it being a new moon.

@@TheTabernacleMan that can not be because new moon day and sabbath's are two separate and distinct days in scriptures ..there is actually 3 categories of days..#1 new moon day # 6 regular work day # 3 the weekly sabbaths .. read EZEKIEL 46:1-3 , 8-9 .Amos 8:5 , Isaiah 66:23 etc .there are so many actually ..new moon day is always the first of each moonth then its followed by 6 reg work days for us to do our labour on and each of the 4 work weeks end with the 7th day sabbath ..new moon day can neither fall on a weekly sabbath or one of the 6 work days ever because its actually sits at the top of the calendar moonth outside the parameters of the 4 weeks of the month that directly follow... also there is other scriptures that say the showbread and new moons and sabbaths as well... I think it's in 1 chronicles..and nehemiah as well..they would not only replace the show bread each sabbath but they do it each 1st of each month too ... for this day is just as important as the weekly sabbath we have ..

During the period of the tabernacle The ingredients are detailed in Exodus 30:34, where Moses is tasked with making incense: Take fragrant spices - gum resin, onycha and galbanum - and pure frankincense, all in equal amounts. However, many Jewish orthodox scholars would indicate by the time of the Temple there were 12 ingredients. The exact recipe was held in secret. The myrrh and frankincense were probably the same in the gospel story you cite.
