Just got this feed. My sons have all done track and field. I have always made a point of staying the entire meet and cheering the athletes no matter their school. To me they are already winners, because they put themselves out there. My second son measured victory in the hundredths of a second in his 400m. My third the same in his 300m hurtles. My youngest still competes both in high jump, the 400m and 400m relay. Well Done Ladies. Accept only the criticism of your peers. If they've never been in "your shoes" smile and walk away. I ran the 200m, 400m, and 1600m relay. The meets were fun. In the end, you're all only competing with your last jump or last race. Heads high Ladies. You EARNED it.

Men of culture, here we are again to praise this great sport and see the best qualities of the prospective athletes!

I love 169 , she did clear all her jumps except the penultimate and the last jump , in the first attempt itself . 216 ,215 ,245 and 38 have the ability to excel really well in this sport . Excellent way of nurturing talents .

So great to see these young athletic girls competing, practice is hard work and to some they might think its too extreme or they dont have time some days. But for those that give their all, I hope to see you on the world stage some day, and you are receiving that Olympic Gold!! Good luck girls!!

This reminds of Yaroslava Mahuchikh, 19, recently bronze olympic medal, but just five years ago she was just like these girls, and I'd say she experienced a *spectacular* growth in such a short time. Goes to show how much drive and talent some of these youngsters can have.

Amazing, these girls are jumping almost higher than they are tall. I think #169 is a great athlete and has a bright future.

В свое время в школе ножницами прыгал 1 65, очень хотел бы спиной научится, но к сожалению не было снарядов таких, а так бы на области был отличный шанс взять первое место, но увы.

These girls look incredibly young to be competing like this, but I was 12 when I started track and field and I don’t remember feeling this young. Kind of wish my parents hadn’t started me in school early, because being younger than everyone else must have put me at a disadvantage and I ended up quitting when I didn’t excel. Kind of a major regret in life is not sticking with this.

Some of these girls have excellent muscle tone, like numbers 215 and 169. They must also be dancers, probably ballet. They certainly take this competition seriously. Number 216 has the perfect physique for the sport. She's very young though and will get taller and stronger and that will help a lot.

Genetics is already sorting out which ones were assigned the body type of a high-jumper.
