We don't know what they did. When the ranking member of the committee in Congress, Feinstein, asked for the videos of the interrogations at black sites, someone ordered all evidence destroyed. War crimes of torture were commited by the Bush Administration; just to mention as a side order, the Iraq war was illegally justified, based on lies. Were Bush and his people ever prosecuted by Obama or the ICCJ at The Hague? NO.
