Palolem was once used to have a lot of such places, some are now losing their charm some already. further Concretisation will end the charm of palolem.

What's the rate of the place bro? I remember staying in a shack around the same area 15 years back, on the beach and at that time a simple beach shack had costed me Rs. 400 per night.

Those days are long gone. You can check online prices of an average hut starts from 3k goes on to 10k a night.
