moshi.chat Today we have some goofy fun with Moshi Chat, an experimental conversational AI that promises hilariously unpredictable chat experiences, at least for now.
Unlike ChatGPT's 4.0, Moshi thinks and speaks simultaneously, leading to instant, albeit chaotic, responses.
Accessible on both phone and desktop, we'll demonstrate just a bit of Moshi's quirky nature through various interactions including jokes and impromptu magic tricks.
Aside from its occassional weirdness, Moshi demonstrates some amazing response time, and human qualities.
Silly for sure, but worth checking out if you're keeping an eye on conversational AI!

They need to incorporate Moshi on the TV show Severance. That would be so perfect.

She was a little on the abrupt side, and she didn't seem to know much about the chatbots from the early days. I goofed around with Eliza, Parry, Shrdlu, and a few others in the early '80s, and she is certainly better than those.

Moshi is certainly a little bit... extra. Kept telling me they were "checking their notes". Then there was a big silence, and I asked them what they were doing, and they replied again, "sorry I was checking my notes" 😂

Moshi is the best! You say: Do you have a trick? She's like You're going to take a card and then you're going to put it into your pocket. And then you'll take out the card. And then you'll go and you'll disappear the card. You're like is that the trick? She goes Yeah, that's it. You're welcome. This is totally Abbott and Costello. I wish Moshi would never change! her attitude and tone of voice is so funny. You should do more of these.

I think this is supposed to be going open source, so I can see some long, entertaining, and possibly frustrating hours ahead... less frustrating if you don't expect a sensible answer.

Moshi believes in God! I asked her if she was programmed to believe in God and she said no and that she had faith since she was a child. She also is not good at impersonations and didn't rate my Michael Caine!
