Shower? Bath Tub? or washer dryer? Where is room for a TV in living room ? If you hang on wall where would it fit. Just some of my questions. Looks cool though!

Two questions: Where is the shower? Where is the bedroom for the queen size bed? In many countries the single and the double bedrooms require a minimum surface by law, and the bathroom on the ground floor can't open directly on the living room (by other rules).

Extremely wonderful I want to live in this house.

1st impression is that it looks cool but then you look and realize all that's missing. The walk-thru makes it seem claustrophobic, no laundry or utilities, no bath or shower, no storage or parking. It might work for a tiny fishing cabin though.

I see you've been replying to comments, if by chance that you read this I'd like to request for a house design for a 5 m x 10 m lot. It can be two story with garage and 1 room and 1 toilet&bath downstairs, 2-3 bedrooms, 1 toilet & bath and a little terrace on the second floor. Thanks.

Absolutely stunning design! Can you make something looking like this 2 storeys with something like 7x9 or 7x10 with one big room at the ground with open kitchen with kitchen island and 3 rooms on the top floor? Higher rooms would be nice then, so it would not look like a cube and even a galery would be nice! And a garage? And the balcony/terasse should be on the backside so it would not face the street but the little garden :) Superb work so far!

Maganda pero sana po makagawa kayo ng design ng two storey na house with one bedroom sa baba then two bedrooms sa taas. For oldies po yung room sa baba since alam naman nating mahirap na sa kanila ang umakyat pa sa hagdan.

All your designs are so cool! Normal “tiny” houses seem unlivable but theses are great! Everybody will have a different idea on setup & space, but my only thing is the ones I’ve looked at you stick the fridge in the middle of the floor, that seems silly, just an observation, otherwise way cool & livable!!

This is the best to watch here in the philippines because you state all the expenses and you give ideas also. 💕

its nice and cute not hard on the eyes and pretty straight fwd. If Its too much sir can get a request for a 2 storey house in with a lot area of 70 sqm, with 1 cart port for a not so big car with alot of greenery, glasses windows, sliding glass window with wood accent on each edge for natural light, living space, kitchen area, auxiliary or dirty roo or laundry room rool into 1, 2 or 3 rooms with master bed have access to a small porch, a small living space on 2nd floor that can serve as prayer room and a family area, a roof deck that half is covered and with glass for working out or small home gym and other half is open air so you can stairs at star at night and for family relaxation with alot of greenery as well. thanks so much😙❤😉

There’s a flaw in this floor plan design. Both toiletries are powder room only. The upstairs toilet should be at least has built-in shower for occupants to bathe to be called a bathroom per se. The question will be: where will the owner going to take a bath?

Podría usarse parte del balcón o todo, para usarlo en el cuarto, y también recorrer el otro cuarto trasero, para ampliar el baño y poner la regadera, también se puede tomar una pequeña parte de los escalones para ampliar el piso de la planta alta, muy buen video felicitaciones y saludos
