No copyright infringement intended. My stretched version of the Vandellas bombastic hit from 1963. Not sure why it took me so long to nail this gem. Hope you like it!

Just in case you didn't know, the owner of this channel, mosogotam, whose real name is John Perrone, sadly passed away April 5, 2020 from COVID-19. He was an absolute genius for this and all the other wonderful tracks he created. May he rest in peace.

My same sentiments as Mr Berry Gordy Jr of US hitville of Motown records yeah that's right I said it I know the history of it I'm from Gary Indiana grew up to Jackson Denise Williams Fred Williamson Earnest W Thomas rod from what's happening I'm proud of that I'm proud of where I'm from although most people think Gary ,ind is nothing but a little backwards city - most of folks from where I'm from their ancestors are from the country all deep part of the South, which meaning to say the point is this is where we get our managed from for my ancestor that were born in the South and slavery moved up from the different southern states to the Midwest for better opportunities,

Who could dislike this art? Its only one life This music changed the American culture and influenced the planet I'm baffled This is life affirming and a huge part of who we are These artists from Detroit made a positive statement everyone At the time this music is sexy Powerful uplifting When this music appeared it was something so new and different, Detroit was at Its Apex at this time, a geographically huge city spread out across miles. The city is uniquely American and was vibrant at this juncture. From 1967 on after the conflagration Detroit's fortunes quickly changed This music is very important The true story of Dettoit should be taught in schools, so young people can know who we were and who we are as a nation Sorry for the long comments I got going on this
