Some of those shorelines looked really familiar. As a matter of fact I think we were very close to one another Saturday afternoon. I fished that area all day on Friday for my video. I always find the fish there to be abundant but finicky. I also found it to be pretty shallow.

I haven’t been to the south lagoon in maybe over a month since the water level and winds haven’t worked, ive been checking out edgewater and far north lagoon just exploring with the tides and it’s been ok, lots of smaller juvenile fish. I’m looking forward to getting out to the middle lagoon soon

Thanks for the video. I’ve been launching my kayak and River Breeze a lot in the last few months. Fishing the docks along the intercoastal has been good but I really haven’t had any luck in the backcountry. It looks good but always seems too shallow and devoid of fish whenever I’ve been back there. Granted, my range in the kayak is limited but guess I have to keep looking. Mind telling us what’s the make/model rod you’re using around the 8-9 minute mark of your video?
