All those prices are not real that what you will see on the sites but one you go the dealer will add at least $5000. In addition to that in RTP NC area, you must wait for more than 2 months or a year if u want KIA.

The biggest problem with price gouging at dealerships are the morons with too much money that are buying the inflated prices. The reality is if there weren't overpaid morons paying the prices, then we wouldn't sell them for such a high price. In the end, you only have yourselves to blame. For years we sold cars at haggle prices below sticker. Now the shoes on the other foot. Want to blame somebody? Blame gigachad who's posting his new ride on tiktok. You don't buy it at a high price, we won't sell it at one. If you're fraking stupid enough to pay these prices, then we'll be smart enough to keep charging more. Not our fault you tabarnaks keep paying these prices.

All these hybrid models are obsolete in other parts of the world. N.America gets the inefficient undesirables nobody else wants. IE. Toyota Prius hybrid in Europe yields almost 70 mpg and straight petrol cars are 45mpg !

1. EV's are a lot more money to buy! 2. It is impossible to go on a long driving trip! 3. EV's are a lot heavier, almost twice making them cause more deaths and serious injury in accidents! 4. EV batteries are not recyclable! 5. EV batteries spontaneously catch fire. 6. The price of energy is skyrocketing making the EV more expensive to drive. 7. The country's electrical infrastructure won't handle the demand. 8. Wind and solar power won't work in the ice and snow. That happened in Texas a few years ago.. 9. Batteries are less efficient and can't adapt in colder climates.

Since EV's are much heavier than gas and they do more damage to the road, yet pay no gas tax for road repair.

Probably eventually, but hybrids are far superior at the moment. Main issue is the lack of universal charging. All gas stations would have to completely switch to universal charging stations
