I don't agree with your first gripe. SOP's are put in place for a reason and are sacrosanct. Strict adherence to SOP's is essential for flight safety. Most incidents that are caused by pilot error stem from lack of adherence to rules and practices. Refer to Dr. Reason's swiss cheese model.

So this is so weird I have observed it many many times, I only get sleepy exactly at the time of take off and at the time of decent, And I wake up exactly when the cabin temperature changes due to heating meals. Can you explain this 😂🤦🏽 I personally believe it has to do something with cabin pressurisation ???

Flying is a serious profession. Your attitude towards following SOPs and reference towards "it's just a line flight, chill" is pathetic. This shows a mentality of complacency towards safety and procedures. Even if this was meant to be a "cool joke" , please understand that you are influencing many aspiring pilots watching your videos to "get informed". There is a reason Standard Operating Procedures are created, and it's not "chill" to ignore some on a normal flight. To disrespect pilots who stick to the script shows gross incompetence. You, as a captain should know better that there is no "normal line flight". Murphy's law.

Flying is a serious business and this pilot is cavalier about SOP and inspections and spot checks from Operations. These guardrails are in place to ensure safety standards are being followed. As a passenger, I will be uncomfortable flying with him as captain. He is also being a little sexist about being served by female crew members. I hope this pilot’s plane does not disappear like MH. 😮
