Sebastian sounds like it's going to be quite dark considering the themes. Awesome! Femme is an absolute MUST-SEE!! And my fave film of the year so far has to be "All Of Us Strangers"... had me in tears at the end! Fantastic casting and was gutted it kept losing out to Oppenheimer at this years BAFTAS

I'm excited about all of them. Wow, Daniel Craig in a gay-themed movie? That seems like a big step out of the box. Also, looking forward to next seasons of Young Royals and Heartstopper.

Femme is available on UK streaming service, but I can't remember which one! I watched it recently, it's quite good. Not brilliant, but worth watching

I usually prefer gay movies made in foreign countries versus the United States. They are by far better movies, love stories that feel rich and vulnerable. The US gay films are always badly produced it seems. And the actors are always picked for having extremely nice bodies and looks. They won’t make movies without eye candy that becomes the focus more so than the story. Every man doesn’t have to be a 10 to make good gay movies. This I resent. Italy has some of the greatest looking men on the planet. But you rarely, if ever, see them in gay films. The same goes for other countries like The Netherlands and Czeck. Pick a place an tell me who produces the best gay films, especially love stories. Red, White and Royal Blue was the only movie made that was truly captivating. And it was filmed half in London and half in US locations, which are never mentioned when it’s being digested by critics. The actors were 10’s, so it happens, but clearly seasoned actors who knew how to hone their craft. This is rare from US made gay movies, even though only half US and half UK. And hate me, but the UK half was better by a few miles. Better locations, especially the museum, and a dreamy Prince.

It always seems to me that US directors are still repressed when dealing with LGBTQ characters and sex generally.

I don’t think so. The letter on the side of the truck says “U.S Air Force”. Firebird is about Soviet Air Force. :/
