Yeah man this doesn't make any sense, but again what did you expect from someone who can't even spell multiple players' names such as Gilvert instead of Gilbert, Kuerton instead of Kuerten, Davidenko instead of Davydenko, Lieyton instead of Lleyton and Lendi with small letter in the beginning instead of Lendl! Lmao

Jimmy Connors was banned from French Open in 1974 from French Open. He could have won the grand slam that year. Still, one of the greatest ever. He was electrifying!!

Exatamente. Tanto que em 76 ele Borg se encontraram na final do U. S. Open, quando o piso era de saibro e mesmo assim Connors foi o vencedor.

Rod Laver actually has something more on the order of 200 singles trophies in his career, most of them coming before the "Open Era" in 1968. Same with Ken Rosewall, who really has something like 150 singles titles, as well as John Newcombe and Stan Smith, who both had a greater title haul than is represented in the above video. I realize that the entry's title is "Most ATP Titles All Time", but that should not be conflated with the usual "Greatest Player of All Time", as Rod features in a rather middling position of all of the players listed in the video, when in truth he's at or near the head of this table.

The title of the video is actually incorrect. The ATP tour did not begin until 1990; the regular men's tour since 1970 had been called the "Grand Prix" tour. Something else people should understand is that although Connors had a great career, some of his 109 tournament wins were actually on the USLTA and IPA tours started and run by Connors' manager Bill Riordan. Those tournaments had much weaker fields than the regular (Grand Prix) tour. I'm not sure what it was like for Lendl, but certainly the tournament win totals of Nadal, Federer, and Djokovic are far more impressive than Connors', because many of their tournament wins were majors or 1000-level events with very strong fields compared to some of the watered-down tournaments Connors won. Connors' 109 total also includes WCT wins; the WCT was a separate tour from the Grand Prix for much of Connors' career.

Novak GOAT! You see Federer and Nadal won over 40% of their Grand Slams while Novak was not yet on the big stage, while Novak won all his Grand Slams by winning in the finals against Federer and Nadal when they seemed to be the favourites. Further, Novak won more one on one matches in total against both Federer and Nadal. Novak is also the player who did spend more weeks as No1 player on the ATP list than anyone else in the history of tennis. And he is not done yet...

@@vanessaescobar1987Nah most tennis fans like to find excuses like "they were out of their prime" or something like that. That absolutely isn't the case because Novak from 2011 and Novak before that were 2 different players. As soon as his tennis leveled up suddenly Nadal who dominated last season and Federer who dominated years before that weren't a match for him. Not to mention that 2010s is a decade of best tennis ever played!

@@2CSST2 his chance of winning in smaller tournament will be low because of his age & motivation factor. He is favourite in grand slams and once nadal is done & he gets ahead in gs race. It will be enough for novak. I doubt if he gets ahead of federer 103 & jimmy is so far away with 109. If he keep on playing for 2 straight year. Then also it is impossible to break jimmy record.
