17:40: Plot Twist, the sonic monster was actually the good guy, trying to preserve other realities from the infection

a PS1 horror Sonic.EXE game is actually an entirely new idea. there have been 3D EXE horror games before but none have taken the PS1 horror route. PS1 horror and analog horror are the two best forms of storytelling in my opinion, due to their tendency to degrade and give the story an eerie distant feel from the medium of VHS quality they both use.

Something you didn’t do is at the start, you can escape the map and find the corpse of Amy. Approaching her causes the game to freeze and reset you back to the start with the differences of the music being gone along with her corpse My theory is that there is an undocumented monster that instead of evolving instead opts to mentally evolve to the point it even has control of the game. This monster takes the body of Amy as hinted in the black ring secret scene (The Figure you see before the game shuts is Amy) and the Good ending which her head turns into Sonic for a second showing its capable of changing bodies.

14:19 feels weird to see realistic monsters in the same place as the cartoonish people

Finally a exe game that actually has plot and is actually original.

While it may only be the start for 3D sonic.exe,I think this game is going to age well,while it's horror it remembers who sonic is and what the choas emeralds do.

Did u know that the jumpscare that closed the game was actually Amy. That might've been why she looked so sus in the good ending.

The story: sonic gets sucked into a horror dimension and gets killed by a wendigo a satanic creature from american mythology that roams forests and kills everything it sees but in the iron gate when sonic gets in we see spiked glove indents by the wendigo which means the wendigo that attacked sonic is this dimensions knuckles and in the lab he finds himself in sonic finds an alternate version of eggman who explains that this is an alternate dimension and eggman and sonic talk for a little and they decide to work together to take down wendigo knuckles which is revealed to be called project K.T.E which eggman created to kill his dimensions sonic but K.T.E's lust for blood grew larger and he went on a rampage killing everyone he sees and it has a chaos emerald in its knee and sonic then gies collecting the chaos emeralds while being chased by K.T.E and sonic eventually rips the chaos emerald out of K.T.E's knee by throwing a rock at it and sonic later finds a ripped note talking about another experiment of eggmans called project savage and eventually sonic finds all the emeralds and goes back to eggman and sonic tries goes back to his home dimension but S.T.E AND K.T.E break in and sonic gets a part of his face ripped off with eggman getting the same and theres three endings with the surrender ending having give the emeralds to K.T.E AND S.T.E with the two still killing him and in the flee ending sonic escapes and leaves eggman to die and sonic them mistakes tails and knuckles for K.T.E AND S.T.E and kills them infront of amy while in the fight ending sonic turns super and kills S.T.E and K.T.E with both eggman and sonic returning home but eggman pulls out the glock and shoots sonic turning him into a monster and going back to his home dension to conquer the world with S.T.E AND K.T.E gone
