I think it was Kaede, her execution lasted 8 hours Think about being hung for 8 hours on a piano playing a terrible song with your feet, rocks thrown at u for it, and getting hung in the process And then after all of that you get crushed by a huge piano Kaede had to go through all of that for 8 hours!

Yes this is correct although if Kirumi did end up getting out of the execution she would die in the next two or three minutes due to so much blood loss especially without anybody to help her

Most painful Danganronpa executions in my opinion: 6. Leon: He was pelted with thousands of baseballs at high speeds 5. Peko: Was stabbed many times with the guilt on which she thought she killed Fuyuhiko 4. Gonta: He was stung by many mechanical wasps and then slashed by a giant one. 3. Kaede: She was hung for about 8 hours, and then a wall of spikes closed down on her (but she was already dead) But it hurts even more that she was innocent 2. Kirumi: She had to climb on a thorn with many spikes on it, just to be sawed by many saws, but she kept on going. She thought she was going to escape because she saw the light, but it was fake, and she fell to her death. She died by falling so she felt all the other pain. 1. Korekiyo: He was spun around for a long time before dropping into boiling water. BOILING WATER. He gave in because he just wanted it to be over. JUST to get killed AGAIN as a GHOST by monokuma and his sister with salt. 1 grain of salt to a ghost is 1000 knives. HE WAS SMOTHERED WITH SALT. He thought he was going to be reunited with his sister but he just got killed again. All of these are extremely painful, but this is my rating. Tell me if I’m wrong with anything!!

Definitely not if you have watched the anime, then despair arc Chiakis death is far worst she was borderline tortured going through a death dungeon impaled by TONS of metal rods and she still survived only to see somebody she knew that lost all his memories and doesn't care about her and all that was because she was betrayed by somebody she trusted and she had to deal with buzzsaws just like Kirumi so the only difference is no thorns but Chiakis is still worse

Mondo is most brutal execution for me because he literally was strapped to a bike that went at speeds over hundreds of miles per hour easily, for long enough that his body and insides melted and liquified into butter, which was then served to monokuma to eat on pancakes

She could’ve done that but at the end she was dead because her execution went on for 8 hours so the collar/choker must’ve been to tight for her and she just died before the piano fell and the spikes crushed her. But it would be a plot twist if she survived by bending her body perfectly.

Both of these were very brutal but knowing that Kaede’s execution was 8 hours long which is very cruel but the most brutal one was Kirumi’s execution because the rope, saws, and the pain she went trough she thought she would escape but the rope just broke knowing how much she went trough and then she just fell, one of the most brutal executions yet, I always forget how fucked up this game could get

Personally Korekiyo's was for me. He was boiled alive and that was painful but then his spirit went to the spirit world with his sister. Monokuma then proceeded to douse him in salt. In mythology, pouring salt on a spirit is supposed to feel like a bunch of tiny flaming knives. So he died not once, but twice. I just feel bad.

In my opinion, Kirumi should be on the list too. She climbed a vine with thorns with swinging saws cutting her body, *_FOR 3 WHOLE DAYS._* Also when she finally got to the top, a drawing blocked her escape route and the vine completely collapsed and she fell to the ground(about 1000-2000 meters and the ground was rock hard)
