I have come to a conclusion. It’s what you hold a blade/dagger/small knife in, as so you won’t cut yourself. If it’s the murder weapon, you should take it to the authorities so they can dust it for fingerprints. They also might be able to get blood samples off of it, to see who the family was they killed. (Also the killer might’ve cut themselves accidentally in the process, leaving blood samples) 5: (Short explanation) Those toothbrushes may have been the family’s.
