Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
(This is for the Interviewer to understand your ambition and goals in your professional and personal life. Make sure that you are very clear with the answer to this Interview Question. Some also call it the make or break to get a job.)
What are some of your biggest achievements?
(Again, this Question serves the purpose of Self awareness, and self image for the recruiter. Do you have any achievements that could make you fit for the job? Do you celebrate your achievements? What do you consider as an achievement? Think about all these things before answering this Interview question for the job in question)
Why should we hire you?
(The interviewer wants to understand what kind of value you think you can impart to the Company that is offering the job. They also want to know what kind of justice you can do to your jobrole. Also, if you want to impress the Recruiter even more, add some details about how you think you will be able to work with your teammates and add value to their daily work, if you get the job)
Why do you want to work in this company?
(Every great Interview will have a "Why" Question. What motivates you to join this Company. Also, the Recruiter wants to test your knowledge and background research skills on the Company you are applying for. Job Interview questions are tricky like that.
