Pineapple smoke bomb is a good way to describe Nishane Hacivat. And it BOMBED with me. After the Aventus opening it went straight to some weird mesquite BBQ. I don't understand the love for it. But then again I don't understand the love for Cartier Declaration, Chanel Egoiste, Kouros or a bunch of others either.

I may be the only niche fragrance lover who found Nishane's 'Ani' to be overrated and always described inaccurately online. Also, the dry down reminds me so strongly of a fragrance from the 1990's, possibly a men's one, and I can't for the life of me nail it. I wish someone out there would tell me what this is an echo of. I know I'm not imagining this.

I already have a lot of perfumes, but I am going to now venture into the niche sector. Can you tell me how long your perfumes last without going ‘off’? Adore Musc Ravageur! Don't sprat it on in public, though. Molecule 01. I have to try Timbersilk which has more of the gamma isomer than Iso E Super and should be closer to Molecule 01. But I still use IES I'm everything. It's like a skeleton you can dress up any way you like and it somehow always smells good.

Dang it! Now I have to go make some rice pudding.
