I'm from Issaquena. We share everything with Sharkey. Rolling fork is our central hub for food and supplies. We share the hospital and library. Chucks has been a staple of rolling fork for decades. The tire shop was built and owned by my uncle for years. If you can help, please do. People are asking for food and water. Thank you for sharing this.

Ryan Hall Y'all viewers donated over $100,000 to help people in MS affected by the tornadoes. Of course Red Cross, etc will help, too. But Ryan Hall's people, led the way by storm chasers to find folks, can help today without red tape. If you see guys with technical-looking vehicles ask if Ryan Hall Y'all is with them. Direct him to victims you know, ok? Prayers for Y'all in MS ♡

I’m a police officer from Mayfield, KY and I was on duty the night of the December 10, 2021 long track tornado. Man, this hits close to home. So sad this has happened to another community. The recovery process is not weeks or months, it is years! Loss of life cannot be quantified. I can only imagine the acts of heroism last night matched so many I saw the night of our disaster. Prayers for all!

I lost my dad in the tornado that hit Dawson Springs KY on December 10, 2021. The damage there was just like the damage in Mississippi. I hate it, truly. I hate knowing others are going thru and feeling what I felt and still feel. It breaks my heart knowing the utter heartbreak, despair, shock, and devastation I have endured is also being experienced by others. It's just terrible- I can't even put it into words. I will be praying for all of those people effected and I genuinely am stricken with sadness for them. I pray each and all find some semblance of peace and comfort in their hearts and souls. May God be with them, comfort them, protect them, guide them and carry them through this sorrowful tragedy. May God bless them all. Much love from West Kentucky.

The scale of destruction is mind bending. The drone moves around a pile of debris and you realize there are two cars piled in top and a third partly covered by debris. The huge size of a downed tree become apparent when a newly vehicle comes into view. Shipping containers and semis strewn about. It’s hard to take it all in, and hard to believe anyone survived this tornado.

Already a violent tornado season and it is just getting started. I live in Oklahoma and we have already had the sirens sound 3 times the last few weeks in my town. If you don't have a shelter, have a plan. If you are not in a congested area, and have a vehicle , drive at a 90 degree angle to the storm. This will usually mean heading south east since most tornadoes move to the northeast. I heard that this storm was moving at 50 mph, so it would have been crucial to be paying attention early.

That metal wrapped around the trees is something I very much remember. The strange stories that came out of that town for months were just wild of the unusual circumstances on how people weren't injured. Heed the warnings folks - you don't want to be sitting in a restaurant like some people were and not taking these storms seriously.
