Koreaboo had always provided me friendly and up-to-date stuff but I always wondered where it was from and now I finally got the answer. This is so ridiculous, I've seen so many comments about Koreaboo doing this to many videos/artists.

I don’t understand why people hate Momoland. They are so fun when I saw them in the reaction videos. So many fans make up phony rumors like “Momoland being disrespectful to other idols” and most of the people believe these rumors. However, I love their vibe and their coolness.

I swear so many people just made up rumors and huge dumb assumptions about how the members feel about other groups and stuff and then instead of people saying that is bs, they decided to bandwagon hate like come on...grow up😅

I think its due to either: 1) Their song bhoom bhoom sounding very similar to an already popular song called mi mi mi by a russian girl group. Or 2) The supposed "disrespect" they show their senior groups such as when they won an award and never greeted their seniors.

OMG YES! I've noticed it on fancams as well. Whenever fancams of boy group members are released, there have tons of likes and very few dislikes (ratio wise) while girl group members fancam's often get less likes and more dislikes even if they have higher views umm-

Its not right ggs are trying their best to improve and those anti fans is destroying their improvement and supporting bg to show drama. We all should respect both grouos equally with honesty.

My theory for why girl groups often get more hate than boy groups: (I posted this comment before but i think its relevant to this comment) its not a secret that like 80% of kpop fans are female, and even tho we like to think were blind to gender when it comes to being a fan, i think theres a slight difference in the way you stan someone of the same gender and someone of the opposite gender. Often you identify more with the people that have your gender. In the case of most kpop fans that gender is female. Thats not to say that girls cant identify with boys and the other way around, cuz thats definantly possible, and i truly see parts of myself in some male idols, its probably still easier to feel that kind of connection to people with the same gender. (This could be bullcrap, i'm not a psychologist, i'm just a dumb teenager) Thus, you see a boygroup you stan as people you admire 130% and identify with 100%, but you may see a girlgroup you stan as people you admire 100% and identify with 130%. which means, if youre a girl that gets jealous easily, and you are attached to a boygroup and another group threathens to be better, you see it as an attack to people you admire. But if youre a girl that gets jealous easily and youre really attached to a girlgroup, and another group threathenes to be better, you see it as an attack on people like you, you see it as a personal attack. I dont know bout yall but i'd get angrier when someone personally attacks me than when someone attacks people i look up too. So, in response to that "personal" attack you get angrier at the attacker, than you'd get a if he just attacked your idols. And if youre a girlgroup stan the group you see as a threat is likely also a girlgroup, and if youre a boygroup stan the group you see as a threat is likely also a boygroup, making the reaction towards girlgroups more hateful than the one towards boygroups. Hope this makes sense.

Honesty if we are talking about the dislikes on videos here, it’s haters and toxic fans, sometimes is just people that don’t like the song, I would never dislike a group or idols music I just think it’s wrong

@tigerlily⁷ still no reason to dislike a video. the main reason is because most kpop fans hate women succeeding and being more successful than them (male and female)

its a sad thing but at the same time a good thing, at least boy groups dont get as much hate, which will make them more mentally stable(i mean, most idols arent probably mentally stable, but less than girl groups)
