Those first men are heros. Just regular citizens looking out for their fellow man, unbridled selflessness. I know someone is going to comment and ramble on about how they're idiots, they put themselves in danger and other trained rescuers, I don't care. In that sort of situation it's fight or flight and they chose to fight and in doing so saves 7 other lives. I truly hope they are resting peacefully. They went out with honour and alot of respect from the people and their families that they rescued. Was actually extremely sad to watch it. So sorry to their families they left behind :(

HeyItsMeDaisy assault is a credible threat to harm. Battery is to touch/harm. Many women will injure themselves so police will arrest their mates*. Reasons can be their simply psycho or building a case for a juicy divorce. Women file 35k false rape reports every year in the UK. Why wouldnt they lie about this? * I witnessed a woman provoking her husband to hit her from a rooftop next door. She pushed grabbed punched spit swore and threatened him. He kept his arms down except when blocking punches and backed up remaining calm. Then it got weird. She began hitting herself, pulling at her clothing and hair and fell hard on the floor. Within 10 min the cops had this guy in cuffs. I showed them the photos i took and explained what happened. They were a bit pissed because this wasnt in the script but had to let the guy go. Inspite of photos of his battery she wasnt arrested. This is how it goes in the real world except for the man going to jail. And whats with you all wanting to torture and murder this guy? Would you feel the same if the above bit€h did what she did to deprive her husband of his home and children? A shrug and a muttered he probably deserved it is more likely.

The rescuer said she didn’t cry at all and she only had a bump on her forehead and black eyes. She was released from the local hospital the same day. I was life flighted to a trauma one hospital and was in serious condition for several weeks with a brain injury, water inhalation, crushed forearm, and broken ribs. We first hit a tree and they think I was ejected from the vehicle midair but I might’ve escaped and subsequently lost consciousness. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and Baby Lily's rescue hit all of our hearts hard here. The community rallied around her daddy to help support him in his grief in losing his beloved wife and mother of his beautiful daughter. It blows me away that it was almost five years ago. I lost my son, 19 years old, suddenly to Addison's Disease three years ago and the loss of a child is something I'd never wish on anyone. Not even my worse enemy. It's a pain that aches deep, never goes away, lessens or heals. So when a child survives, my heart swells up with love and happiness for that family even more so, now. I'm grateful to have been reminded of her story.💜 I truly hope she and her daddy are happy, healthy and doing well.

It's appalling, the message it sends, that someone can unleash so much rage on another person's body, and receives such a light sentence. People don't understand how victims don't come forward, yet places them in a position to risk death now, or report and heighten that risk a year later. It's a temporary "solution" that allots just enough time for one to frantically scrounge up what's left and find a way to continue surviving.

If you've looked at the pictures, if you have any idea of what an abuse victim goes through, if you know the person before you has harmed another human and will do so again, do NOT give them any slack. Sure, the bruises may have faded, the cuts scabbed over, and the scars are less noticable, but the wounds left on the heart and mind, the ones that you can't see, are still open, raw, and fresh. Do NOT have sympathy for the one who beat another human being, they don't deserve it, nor do they deserve a second chance or anything in their favor. Period.
