Dear Harry, if possible, wash your hands before meals with soap and not just hand sanitizer. Try to keep a small soap bar with plastic wrap in your pocket. 👏Not good to use public soaps used by everybody at random places. You could get germs on your hands while traveling and touching all sort of surfaces. Germs could upset your stomach.😬

I know you have left Pakistan but do come back for another trip! You HAVE to visit Peshawar and balochistan. Peshawar hospitality is on another level, you wont be able to walk 2 metres without someone inviting you in for tea and snacks. Plus it's an ancient city and has tons of history. Balochistan is the southern most province of Pakistan, and it is completely opposite to the north. It's got the best beaches, coral reefs and wildlife. The yellow cliffs are Pakistans version of the Grand Canyon and even has a natural sphinx structure like Egypt. And Pakistan even has the worlds biggest fort, the ranikot fort is bigger than the great wall of China

So wild - what was the name of the bus service you took - I couldn’t find any flights from Islamabad to lahore

When i was there last time visiting in Pakistan I've noticed that Lahore people are more friendly than Islamabad people
